The Model toolkit allows users to predict nanomaterial properties and bioactivity using pre-developed models or by developing their own machine learning models. It consists of two modules:
1. NanoPredictor: The module allows users to upload their nanodescriptor datasets for specific nanomaterials. The pre-developed models on ViNAS will be employed for predictions of the corresponding nanomaterials. The pre-developed model data and prediction results are downloadable.
2. AutoNanoML: The module allows users to develop customized machine learning models. It facilitates the model development process by automating and streamlining it, allowing users to adjust parameters according to their specific requirements.
