Introduction to Models for Predicting virtual Platinum Nanoparticles

Four endpoints, including logP, Protein Adsorption, ROS in A549 cells, and Zeta Potential in Water are used to evaluate the bioactivities and toxicities of Platinum Nanoparticles (PtNPs). The pre-developed models of NanoAID-9, NanoAID-12, NanoAID-15, and NanoAID-16 are used to predict these four endpoints for the library nanomaterials, respectively.
